Beside the delivery, outside the delivery itself,

There are little supports from DSP’s owner (Delivery Service Partners) instead Amazon. The DSP owners did some personal supports beside Amazon. For example, in the winter season, the DSP owners give out the hand warmers.

There are some supports directly from Amazon.

I started my first delivery day at July 5th, 2020. Counting until today of this portfolio, I am eligible for the milestone 5 years experiences. ( last year 2024, I had a few vacation days)

Here is the dashboard of my work experience from Flex delivery app. This dashboard is limited of view. It can not show my work performance of 5 years term.

I did ask the area manager directly from Amazon. I also did ask HR. Both HR – HR directly from Amazon and HR from the DSP ( Delivery Service Partner)

Their response was negative. They keep transfer the responsibility to each other.

IF all systems did not track on my work performance of 5 years term, then how they know I reach the milestone of 4 years experience in July 2024?

With the learning about EQ, I learn the radical acceptance.

I am doing the transition to another job.

When I look back my past 5 years delivery Prime packages, there are still have some residue, some echo. However, it does not stop me to leave.
